As an English-speaking call center representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone. You will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and serve customers from different backgrounds and cultures. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education (preferred)
