Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company in Lusail, Qatar. This role is open to African nationals, and it is a part-time position without accommodation. We welcome applications from women who are seeking to build their career in the administrative field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team by coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and arranging appointments
- Prepare and maintain important documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with organizing meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering services
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Ensure all office equipment is in good working condition and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports for review by management
- Help with onboarding new employees by providing necessary forms and information and facilitating their orientation process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer service-oriented approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in an international environment
- Familiarity with Qatar's business culture
