Junior Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar

Our company is currently seeking a Junior Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for Indian candidates.

As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our company's production and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with other engineers and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new production processes or modify existing ones to optimize efficiency
- Monitor production processes and identify any issues or bottlenecks, providing solutions to eliminate them
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Assist in the design and layout of production facilities for maximum efficiency
- Train employees on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Experience working with ERP systems
