Waiter/Waitress - Pakistani Nationals (Umm-Salal, Qatar)


Our busy restaurant in Umm-Salal, Qatar is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. We are specifically looking for individuals who are Pakistani nationals and have graduated from high school or equivalent. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant
- Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes, specials, and promotions
- Take orders from customers and ensure accuracy in all aspects
- Serve food and beverages to customers following established standards of service
- Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare bills, accept payments, and make change if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for new customers or special events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national currently residing in Umm-Salal, Qatar
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills for handling bills and making change
