Call Center Representative - Contract Position in Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative for a contract position in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for men and requires experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will be Egyptian and have a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer interactions in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, productivity, and quality metrics
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian with a valid biometric passport
- Previous experience working in a call center environment is required
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (both written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of English is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
