Administrative Coordinator (Indian Nationals Only)
Our company in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing administrative tasks for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage budgeting for supplies and equipment
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods or services
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant resumes
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian national residing in Lusail, Qatar
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
