As an Art Director for our advertising agency located in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our creative projects. We are specifically looking for an Indian candidate who is able to work part-time and does not require accommodation. This is an urgent position that requires someone with experience and a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and design elements for various advertising campaigns
- Direct and guide the design team to ensure high-quality and visually appealing work
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our projects
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and incorporate their feedback into final designs
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the design process, from concept development to production
- Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals to bring cohesive concepts to life

Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work as an Art Director or similar role in advertising or marketing
- Proven experience in developing successful advertising campaigns from concept to completion
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas confidently to clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles
- Knowledge of current trends in advertising, marketing, and social media platforms
