Indian Gardener in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking an experienced Indian Gardener to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our property and ensuring that the gardens are kept in pristine condition. This is a full-time position and does not require knowledge of the English language. We welcome non-native speakers to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, maintain, and prune various types of plants and shrubs
- Regularly water and fertilize plants to ensure healthy growth
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in the garden
- Keep garden beds free from weeds and debris
- Mow lawns and trim edges using appropriate tools
- Install new plants, flowers, and trees as needed
- Maintain irrigation systems and make necessary repairs
- Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Sweep walkways and remove any fallen leaves or debris from garden paths
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on the property

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, and ability to identify common pests and diseases
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of gardening tools, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, pruners, etc.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Valid work visa for Qatar (sponsorship available for suitable candidates)
