Administrator for International Company in Al-Khor, Qatar
Our well-established international company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. This position is suitable for both men and women.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory
- Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings, as well as make travel arrangements
- Assist with document preparation, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide general support to visitors and clients by directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- African or Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have own visa sponsorship
- Ability to work part-time without accommodation
