Immigration Attorney

As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal services and advice related to immigration matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide guidance on the best course of action. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs
- Provide legal advice and guidance on visa applications, naturalization, green cards, and other immigration-related matters
- Prepare and file legal documents for immigration processes
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations
- Communicate regularly with government agencies on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient handling of cases

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Immigration Attorney or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (candidates from India or Africa are preferred)
