Senior Art Director


As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and design of various art projects. You have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of art, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various art projects
- Oversee and lead a team of artists and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet client expectations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work produced
- Mentor junior team members to foster growth and development within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Art, Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Preferred:
- Experience working in advertising or marketing agencies
- Knowledge of animation or video production is a plus
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Candidates from India or Malayalees preferred)

Salary: QAR 1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
