Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter/waitress, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist them in finding their preferred seating
- Present menus and take orders from guests in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on food and beverage choices, based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Process payments from guests using cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and assisting with overall restaurant cleanliness

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be Indian national with valid residency permit in Saudi Arabia
