A reputable healthcare facility in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join their team. This position is suitable for men and does not require knowledge of English. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to Malayalee patients with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine the nature and severity of communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapy techniques and exercises to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving communication skills outside of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Speech Therapist.
- Fluent in Malayalam language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
