Logistician vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Logistician

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistician to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. As a Logistician, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation of goods and materials for our company. This position is open to individuals of any nationality, with no English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods and materials from various locations
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated destinations
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status and updates
- Develop cost-effective transportation solutions while adhering to budget constraints
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and logistics activities
- Implement safety procedures for handling and transporting hazardous materials
- Oversee the maintenance and repairs of company vehicles used for transportation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis
- Familiarity with logistics software is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
