Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a leading online consulting company based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly efficient Online Consultant who is fluent in English, with a preference for Indian nationals.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients via online platforms such as chat, email, and video conferencing. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various online channels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
- Using your knowledge and expertise to offer valuable insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You should also have a strong understanding of online platforms and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Indian nationality preferred; however, all nationalities are welcome to apply.
