Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals Only)
Our company is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position is specifically open to Egyptian nationals who do not require English language skills and are able to work without company-provided accommodation.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. Your main duties will include coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and filing systems, preparing reports and presentations, handling travel arrangements, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also have strong communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality
- Fluent in Arabic language (English language skills not required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support or coordination role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes preferred
- Ability to work independently without company-provided accommodation
