Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team at our fine dining restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design seasonal menus that showcase the best of local and international ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
- Maintain inventory levels and control costs to meet budget targets
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, particularly Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors
- Ability to create unique, visually appealing dishes using high-quality ingredients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Biometric passport (preferably from African countries)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
