Job Title: Creative Director - Graphic Design (Pakistani Nationals Only)


We are a leading advertising agency based in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar and we are seeking a highly talented Creative Director with a strong background in graphic design. This position is open to Pakistani nationals only.

As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall creative direction of our agency and managing a team of designers. Your main focus will be on developing innovative and effective visual concepts for our clients, ensuring they are in line with their brand guidelines and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, exceptional creativity, and a thorough understanding of design principles. You should also possess strong project management abilities, as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate our clients’ brand messages
- Manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work
- Collaborate with other departments such as account management and production to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in design
- Present concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final designs
- Oversee all stages of the design process from concept development to final delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an advertising agency or creative studio
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative concepts
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
