Call Center Representative (Pakistani Nationals)
We are currently hiring Pakistani nationals to join our call center team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Salary: The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with accurate information regarding our products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets set by the company
- Continuously learning about our products and services to provide the best support to customers
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality with a valid passport
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
Contract job with accommodation:
This is a contract job with an initial contract period of one year. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. After completion of the contract, there may be opportunities for extension based on performance.
