Speech Therapist for Indian Community in Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This position is specifically for the Indian community and requires fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs
- Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Teaching clients strategies to improve their communication skills
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitoring progress of clients and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educating families and caregivers on how to support clients' communication development at home

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in India (or other relevant country)
- Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is essential
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Speech Therapist with individuals of all ages
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary offered is 1000$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation; therefore having your own accommodation in Lusail or nearby areas is required. It is also important that the candidate has a biometric passport for ease of travel.
