Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate for this position will be a Pakistani or Malayalee, with a salary of $900 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Keep the office clean and organized
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office with strong typing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a Pakistani or Malayalee with valid residency in Qatar
