Administrative Manager
Our company in Al-Wakra, Qatar is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has excellent time management skills. As our ideal candidate, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and clients. Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
As an Indian national, you will play an essential role in maintaining relationships with our Indian clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the office budget, coordinating meetings and events, handling HR issues such as recruitment and performance reviews, and overseeing the work of administrative staff.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or managerial position. However, we welcome applications from candidates without previous experience as long as they are willing to learn.
As this is a position that involves handling sensitive information, we require all applicants to have a biometric passport. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees comply with company policies and procedures.
