Secretary (Yanbu, Saudi Arabia)
Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior staff members
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Manage office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed
- Greet visitors to the office and direct them to appropriate contacts or meeting rooms
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred but not required:
- Previous experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Salary: $1200/month
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
