We are currently hiring a Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in English and looking for an entry-level position in the customer service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance
- Keep records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary:
