Call Center Representative (Indian) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
As an Indian Call Center Representative in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service over the phone. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls, responding to customer questions and concerns, and providing information about products or services. You will also be expected to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Fluency in English is required as you will be communicating with customers from various backgrounds. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. As this is a contract job, you should be able to commit to the duration of the contract.
As an Indian national, you will also have the advantage of understanding the cultural nuances and preferences of Indian customers. This will enable you to provide personalized service and build strong relationships with our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this role. Accommodation will also be provided as part of your package. In addition, we are able to offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
