Retail Sales Associate for English-Speaking Contract Job in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and is open to candidates of Indian and Egyptian nationality with an English-speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries with professionalism and patience
- Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to provide exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1300$ per month.
