Entry Level Waiter in Kuwait


We are searching for a friendly and professional Entry Level Waiter to join our team in Kuwait. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. This position is ideal for freshers or those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
