Call Center Representative - Medina
We are in need of a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing them with excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department if needed
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, and policies
- Meet performance targets such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Malayalee or Egyptian dialects is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must have own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia
