Administrative Manager
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily administrative operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations
- Coordinate with different departments, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, expenses, and budget
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management
- Ensure compliance with company regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Administrative Manager or Office Manager
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $900 per month
