This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in hotel sales as we provide on-the-job training. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. You should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
