Administrative Assistant - Office Support (Medina, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide office support in our busy and dynamic office in Medina. Our company values diversity and welcomes candidates of all nationalities, however, proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred for this role.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team. Your main duties will include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining filing systems, and responding to phone calls and emails. You will also assist with data entry, record keeping, and other general office tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds. You should also have exceptional time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Organize meetings and take minutes
- Maintain filing systems both physical and electronic
- Respond to phone calls and emails
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
