Inventory Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts for our company. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to avoid overstocking or shortages
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving efficiency
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory
- Train and supervise inventory control staff, providing coaching and performance evaluations as needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and products
- Keep track of expiration dates for perishable items and take appropriate actions when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
