We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing them with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Listen attentively to customers' inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs
- Follow communication scripts and company policies when handling different topics
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services, if applicable
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism
- Good problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
