Administrative Assistant for Indian Company in Umm-Said
An Indian company in Umm-Said is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in basic office software. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries or redirect to appropriate personnel
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, order when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
Location:
This role is based in Umm-Said, Qatar. Preference will be given to Indian candidates.
