We are a reputable company based in Dukhan, Qatar looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory and order when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain various reports, documents, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors by greeting them and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Nationality/Location:
This position is open to Indian nationals who are currently residing in Dukhan or willing to relocate.

Experience Required:
We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers are also welcome to apply if they possess the required skills.

English Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is not required for this position. However, basic knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
