Hotel Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or prior experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and create budgets to meet revenue goals
- Oversee the maintenance of the hotel facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth through promotions and partnerships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (not required)
- Proven track record of managing financial performance
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Doha
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working hours: Full-time
