Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials. You will work closely with suppliers, transportation companies, and other departments within our organization to ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Plan and schedule shipments according to customer requirements
- Communicate with transportation companies to arrange for pick-up and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipment progress
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is in order
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related transactions
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
