We are searching for a skilled and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings, from budgeting and vendor selection to event design and execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong eye for detail. Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creative with a strong eye for design
- Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred
- Fluent in English with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines for each wedding
- Source vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc. within the client's budget
- Communicate with vendors regularly to ensure all details are confirmed
- Coordinate logistics such as venue set-up, transportation, etc.
- Assist with event design including decor, lighting, seating arrangements, etc.
- Oversee the execution of the wedding day ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the planning process
