Office Clerk (Malayalee) - Visa Sponsorship Available
We are urgently seeking an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As a Malayalee, you will be familiar with the culture and customs of the region, making you an ideal candidate for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, and we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as creating invoices and processing payments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Clerk or similar role
- Fluent in Malayalam language (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
