Indian Administrator in Medina
We are hiring an Indian Administrator to join our team in Medina. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office operations including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding new employees
- Providing general support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Basic proficiency in English
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.
