Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office located in Al-Khor. Our ideal candidate will be an Indian national with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office's administrative systems, including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence on behalf of the office
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
- Act as a liaison between the office and external parties such as clients or vendors
- Support other staff members with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
