Office Clerk
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Clerk to join our team in Medina. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain organized filing systems and update records as needed
- Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Our company offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidate. This position is open for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
