Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are a well-established company in Lusail, Qatar looking for an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in office administration and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet clients and visitors
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with Indian clients is preferred
- Must have own visa or be eligible for sponsorship by our company
