Hotel Manager for Luxury Resort in Doha, Qatar



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Your main duties will include managing and training a multicultural team of staff, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service standards, and ensuring the financial success of the hotel through effective cost control and revenue management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury setting, with excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
