Are you a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Hotel Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

As our Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. You will be responsible for managing all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable stay.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels. Previous experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue maximization is required. As we cater to international guests, proficiency in English is preferred.

As this position requires working closely with all hotel departments and handling guest inquiries and complaints, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. You should also have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. We also offer accommodation within the hotel premises. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English. Women are encouraged to apply.
