Office Assistant in Reef Al Fujairah City, Egypt
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve organizing and maintaining files and records, managing schedules and appointments, and assisting with day-to-day tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth communication and completion of tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1000$ per month with accommodation provided. Prior experience is not required but preferred.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages when needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for meetings
- Coordinate with other team members/departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and report any discrepancies
