A reputable company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Pakistan. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and filing systems, as well as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others. You should also have strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Managing office supplies inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with travel arrangements for team members
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
