Administrative Secretary - Indian Candidates Preferred in Yanbu
We are a leading company in the city of Yanbu and we are seeking an experienced Administrative Secretary to join our team. We are looking for an English-speaking candidate of Indian nationality who can efficiently carry out administrative duties and support our team with their daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Performing data entry and filing documents accurately
- Assisting in other administrative tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Secretary or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be able to work without accommodation
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
