Administrative Assistant
We are a fast-paced and growing company in Medina, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience working with Indian clients is preferred
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
