Administrative Coordinator
We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and organizing documents
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the team
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services or products
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Salary: 1400$ per month
